הַמִּצְוָה הק"ז

הַצִּוּוּי שֶׁנִּצְטַוִּינוּ בְּטֻמְאַת הַמֵּת,

וּמִצְוָה זוֹ כּוֹלֶלֶת כֹּל דִּינֵי טֻמְאַת מֵת.

הַמִּצְוָה הקי"ג

הַצִּוּוּיthe positive command שֶׁנִּצְטַוִּינוּthat we were commanded לַעֲשׂוֹתto make פָּרָהa cow אֲדֻמָּהred, שֶׁתְּהֵאthat it should be מוּכֶנֶתprepared לְמָהfor what שֶׁצָּרִיךְthat is needed בְּטָהֳרָהin the purification מִטֻּמְאַתfrom the tumah of מֵתa dead body,

כְּמוֹas שֶׁאָמַרwhat He said יִתְעַלֶּהHashem (the Exalted One): "וְהָיְתָהand it should be לַעֲדַתfor the congregation of בְּנֵיthe children of יִשְׂרָאֵלYisrael לְמִשְׁמֶרֶתfor a reminder" (בַּמִּדְבָּר יט, ט).

וּכְבָרand already נִתְבָּאַרוּthey are explained דִּינֵיthe laws of מִצְוָהmitzvah זוֹthis בְּמַסֶּכְתָּאin the Mesechta הַמְּיֻחֶדֶתwhich is special לָהּfor it, וְהִיאand it is מַסֶּכֶתMesechta פָּרָהParah.
